Shawna and Charlotte have been with US for 19+ years!

Shawna Hayden, RMA is a native of Nashua. She decided to go to school to become a Medical Assistant for the same reason many others do; to make a difference. She worked for many years in a surgical center before moving into Podiatry. She finds it fulfilling because she has the ability to be involved in the care of patients of all ages.

When not at Heel To Toe Podiatry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, going to the beach, and concerts.

Charlotte Sartell, CMA is one of our valued team members. She was born in Somerville, Massachusetts. In one way or another, she has been involved in the medical field since she was sixteen. She always had a calling to help people.

When not at Heel To Toe Podiatry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy. She is a proud mother of two successful sons and has two grandchildren who are the apple of her eyes.
